When signing up for a subscription or form, we collect your name and email address to provide coaching content and/or begin personal communication.
All data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we store and use your information. We do not collect sensitive or financial data directly — all payments are handled securely via Stripe.5. Payments & Subscriptions
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. When you sign up for a subscription:
You will be billed on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled.You can cancel or update your subscription at any time via your Stripe customer portal.Cancellation stops future payments, but your current access continues until the end of the billing period.Refunds are generally not issued unless legally required or under exceptional circumstances at our discretion.6. 7. Business & Enterprise Terms
For Business and Enterprise accounts, Drakkar Coaching offers tiered access to email-based coaching services designed to support employee wellbeing, focus, and personal development.
By enrolling in a Business or Enterprise plan, your organisation agrees to manage user access responsibly, ensure accurate subscription volumes, and comply with all applicable privacy and data handling regulations. Usage is non-transferable outside your organization.All materials, prompts, and communications provided via Drakkar Coaching remain the intellectual property of Drakkar and are not to be copied, resold, or redistributed without prior written permission. Enterprise clients may receive optional add-ons such as dedicated coach access, custom onboarding, reporting dashboards, or priority support—subject to agreement and pricing.Any personal data shared by employees will be treated confidentially, in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws. Drakkar Coaching reserves the right to adapt or discontinue specific services with reasonable notice. Bulk pricing and renewal terms are defined per contract.8. Contact and Support

What is Coaching?
Coaching is a form of learning, where a coach supports you to make progress in some way. It could help you reach a goal, solve problems, or create changes. Coaching is usually a collaborative conversation with one another, or series of conversations that will benefit you and your objectives. Think of a coach as a supporter of your goals.
What coaching is not?
Coaching is not the same as being taught or sitting in a classroom. There is no set structure outside the framework of the time provided. It is not a replacement for clinical therapy, although it is a viable alternative. Coaching deals with the present and future, therapy with the past. In coaching, the responsibility of the outcome rests with you, where you drive the conversation and learning based on interactions with your coach.

Anyone looking for: A sense of direction. Increased performance. Better long-term health. Improved resilience. Ability to face challenges. Stronger mental health. Knowledge of self-awareness. Understanding within a situation.
What is Drakkar Lite?
Drakkar Lite is our entry-level coaching tier. It gives you weekly coaching emails, monthly challenges, and bite-sized tips to help you build better habits and stay on track, all without the need for one-to-one coaching.
Will I receive personalised advice with Drakkar Lite?
Drakkar Lite is not personalised. It's designed to support your growth through general coaching content and challenges that are helpful for most people starting out.
Can I upgrade to Drakkar Premium later?
Yes! You can upgrade to Drakkar Premium at any time for more personalised support. Your new subscription will start on your next billing cycle.
What’s the difference between Drakkar Lite and Drakkar Premium?
Drakkar Lite is for self-guided growth. You’ll get weekly coaching emails and monthly challenges to help you build habits and stay motivated, no direct coaching or email support. Drakkar Premium includes everything in Drakkar Lite plus 1-to-1 coaching by email. You’ll get personalised feedback, support, and accountability with a response time of 12–24 hours (weekdays).
Can I email you with questions if I’m on Drakkar Lite?
Drakkar Lite doesn’t include direct email support. If you’d like personalised guidance and coaching responses, you’ll need to upgrade to Drakkar Premium.
When can I email my coach?
If you’re on Drakkar Premium, you can email anytime, day or night. You’ll receive human responses Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm GMT, typically within 12–24 hours.
What happens after I sign up?
You’ll receive a welcome email within a few minutes. If you joined Drakkar Lite, your weekly coaching content will begin shortly. If you joined Drakkar Premium, your month-long coaching relationship starts and you can begin your first coaching thread whenever you're ready.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Both plans are no-contract, cancel-anytime subscriptions. You’ll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Will I lose access to emails if I unsubscribe?
If you unsubscribe from emails, you’ll stop receiving your weekly coaching and check-ins. If you’re still subscribed via Stripe, you’ll continue to be billed unless you manually cancel your plan through your billing portal.
Is this coaching AI-generated?
No. Every email and reply is written by a real coach, based on your unique goals and challenges. You’re not speaking to a bot, you’re building a real coaching relationship by email.
What does Drakkar Premium include?
You’ll receive a personal coaching experience via email, including up to 4 dedicated threads per month, unlimited replies within each thread, a weekly check-in, and fast, responsive support (12–24hr replies during weekdays). You'll also get all content from Drakkar Lite.
How do the email threads work?
Each week, you can start a new email thread, just hit reply and tell us what you're working on, struggling with, or need help thinking through. You can send as many messages within that thread as you'd like during the week.
What if I need more than four threads?
We’ve found that four focused threads per month — one per week — are ideal for deep, sustainable progress. But if you need more, you’re welcome to start a new thread early by discussing options with your coach.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel anytime via your billing portal. If you'd prefer to pause instead, just email us and we’ll arrange it.
How do I manage my subscription?
After signing up, you'll receive a link to your personal billing portal via Stripe. From there, you can update your payment details, upgrade or downgrade your plan, or cancel your subscription at any time.
What happens if I upgrade mid-month?
Any changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. For example, if you upgrade from Drakkar Lite to Drakkar Premium halfway through a month, your new plan will begin once your current subscription period ends.
How do I receive coaching emails?
After confirming your email address, you’ll begin receiving emails to the inbox you used at checkout. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder and mark us as safe.
I unsubscribed from emails — am I still subscribed to coaching?
Unsubscribing from emails means you’ll stop receiving coaching content, but your paid subscription will remain active unless cancelled manually via Stripe. Please cancel through your billing portal if you no longer wish to be billed.
Do I need to sign up separately to access coaching?
No. Once you've subscribed and confirmed your email, you’re all set. For Drakkar Premium, you’ll also be sent a consultation form to tailor your coaching support.
I didn't receive my email — what should I do?
Check your spam folder or search for "Drakkar Coaching" in your inbox. If you still can't find it, email us at [email protected] and we’ll help right away.
Do you work with international clients or companies outside the UK?
Yes! We work with clients and teams across the globe. Whether you’re based in Europe, North America, Asia, or beyond, you’re welcome here. Our coaching model is designed to be flexible and asynchronous, making it ideal for international time zones and distributed teams.
What time zone does Drakkar operate in?
While we support clients worldwide, our standard business hours and coach response times are based on GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). This ensures clarity for scheduling and email reply windows.
Will time zone differences affect response times?
Not significantly. Our asynchronous model means clients can send messages at any time, and we aim to respond within one working day during GMT business hours. For enterprise clients, we can discuss adjusted response structures or coach availability as part of a custom package.
Can we book Drakkar Coaching for teams across multiple countries?
Absolutely. We’ve designed Drakkar Lite and Enterprise Coaching to work smoothly across borders. Whether your teams are remote, hybrid, or global, we can offer a consistent coaching experience for everyone.
